Return Policy:
30 Day Return
If for ANY reason you are unhappy with a product, please send it back to us. We love them! To make a return:
- Write a brief note including your full name, order number and a description of any problems with the merchandise.
- Within 30 days of purchase, ship the item back in its original unused condition using the U.S. Postal Service.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund the cost of the product and shipping to your credit card (Typically within 5 business days). Please note that credit card companies vary and it may take up to 10 additional days for your credit card company to apply the adjustment to your account.
Canceling Your Order
You can cancel your order using Google Checkout or emailing us at customer_service@crazylikethat.com. Note: If your order has not shipped yet, your order will be immediately canceled. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the 30 Day Return Policy. Orders typically ship within 2-24 hours.
Wrong Size
Opps. Ordered the wrong size? Follow the 30 Day Return Policy and simply make a note of the size you would like the current product exchanged for.
Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged, we'll be sure to make things right. Simply follow the 30 Day Return Policy. As soon as we receive the item, a new one will be shipped to you right away! Please send the product via the U.S. Postal Service, so we can refund you your shipping cost.
Shipping Policy:
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase. If any products are on back order, Crazy Like That will contact you, giving you the option to cancel or have the product shipped when stocks are resupplied.
We ship using the United States Postal Service.
Privacy Policy:
Crazy Like That sends out information on the company's products to the general public and customers alike via the United States Postal Service. You can request to receive/ not receive this information, by contacting us at customer_service@crazylikethat.com
Crazy Like That offers an e-newsletter to customers that specifically ask to receive them.
While we do celebrate Talk Like A Pirate Day every September 19th, we are not really pirates. This means we will not take your information and sell it to other companies.
Crazy Like That uses Google's Shopping Cart for transactions/ credit card payments. Please remember to read the terms of service and privacy policy associated with your Google account, as we have no control over how they choose to run their business.
All of our sites use Google Analytics. This helps us track non-personal information, such as popular website pages, the type of browser being used and what website referred a user to us. Google provides additional information on how they use the information on their support portal.
Newsletter:
Yes, we do have a newsletter. Because we don't like to spam people without their express concent, you will need to e-mail us at customer_service@crazylikethat.com and request being added to our newsletter.
If you wish to unsubscribe, either click unsubscribe in the newsletter you received or e-mail us at customer_service@crazylikethat.com, making sure you state the email address you want removed.
